We at NTN Buzztime, Inc. are dedicated to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care and respect. This Privacy Policy applies to www.buzztime.com, my.buzztime.com, postscores.buzztime.com, www.getbuzztime.com, and other sites owned or operated by Buzztime, and to the services we provide through businesses, mobile devices, and websites operated by our partners (the “Services”). It describes our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information about people who use our Services. It does not apply to any other information collected by Buzztime. By using any of our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service.

We may change the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please check back periodically for any changes to our Privacy Policy. The date above shows when the Privacy Policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to any changes.

INFORMATION COLLECTED
We collect personally identifiable information, including your first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number, that you provide to us voluntarily, such as when you register with Buzztime or request information about Buzztime. We collect your birth date, in order to ensure that you are old enough to use our services. In order to register as a Player, you will also be asked to create a display name, username, and password, and to provide the postal code where you live. We refer to this information as "Personal Information." You are not required to provide Personal Information. However, if you do not you will not be able to register and you will not be able to use some features of the Services.

You may also be asked to provide demographic information, including your gender, education, income level, marital status, and race. You are not required to provide any of this information in order to register or to use our services.

In addition, we may collect information in the course of your navigation and use of the Services, such as the browser you use, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the internet service provider you use, the addresses of sites and pages you visited before coming to one of our websites, while visiting our websites, or in leaving our websites, and other information. This information is not linked to your Personal Information, and does not include information that identifies you personally. We may use "cookies," “web beacons,” or other electronic means to collection this information. You can set your browser to reject cookies, but that may limit your use of some convenience features on our websites.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 through any of our Services. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED AND SHARED
Personal Information you provide is used by NTN Buzztime, Inc., and its subsidiaries. Buzztime may use information collected from you to contact you about products or services (including special offers and promotions), to fulfill your requests for products and services, to send service notifications, to respond to your customer service requests, to improve the Services, to conduct research, to solicit your feedback and input about the Services, and to provide more relevant products, services, and advertisements on or through the Services. Information collected from you may be combined with information collected from other sources so that we may further improve the relevance of products, services, and advertisements offered on or through the Services. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from Buzztime.

Buzztime does not currently share your Personal Information with other businesses. However, Buzztime reserves the right to share your Personal Information with other businesses we have selected to work with us, so that they can assist us in promoting our products and service, or so that they send you information about their own products and services, including special offers and promotions. If we do, you will be given the ability to opt out of receiving these communications.

Buzztime may use your Personal Information to send you information about products and services of other businesses.  However, we will not share your Personal Information with other businesses for this purpose, and you may opt out of receiving such communications.

Buzztime may also share your Personal Information with partners who provide our games or other services to their customers. If you register with Buzztime through one of our partners, we may share your e-mail address and ZIP code with the partner through whom you reached us. Our partners may use that information to contact you about their own products and services, or for other reasons. If you wish not to receive email from these partners you may opt out of receiving these communications through our player site and in subsequent promotional communications from them.

Buzztime may also use your Personal Information to enter you in contests or sweepstakes in which you choose to participate, to give you status updates on contests, to notify contest winners, to verify contestant eligibility, and to award prizes. Your Personal Information may be provided to third parties who administer our contests, sweepstakes, and prize redemptions, or provide you with other services you request.

We may disclose your Personal Information in response to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal inquiry or order, to an investigative body in the event of an actual or alleged breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by law. Aggregate information about the use of our Services by you and others, which does not include Personal Information, may be disclosed to third parties for a variety of purposes, such as enhancing the Services, developing new services, promoting our business or the Services, and obtaining advertising.

INFORMATION SHARED USING INTERACTIVE FEATURES
The Services include interactive features that allow you to submit and share text, photos, links and other content (collectively, "User Content"). User Content that you submit to Buzztime or share using the Services, including any Personal Information you choose to include in your User Content, becomes publicly available and can be seen, collected and used by others. By submitting or sharing User Content, you understand and agree that it will be publicly available, and that Buzztime has no responsibility for how such information may be used.

In addition, you may be offered the ability to receive private messages and e-mails from others. If you choose to do so, you understand and agree that information about you (including your name and/or e-mail address) may be provided to other users of the Services. Buzztime has no control over the content of messages you may receive from other users, and you understand and agree that Buzztime is not responsible for the content of such messages.

CHOICES AVAILABLE FOR THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
To allow you to control the use of your Personal Information, you may opt out of receiving promotional materials from Buzztime, or from or about our business partners at any time through our player site at www.buzztime.com/players.

However, please note that changes may not be effective immediately, so you may continue to receive promotional communications for a short time. Please note also that you may still receive certain communications from us, such as confirmation of services you have requested, notices of prizes or rewards you have won, etc.  

THIRD-PARTY SITES OR SERVICES
The Services may include advertisements and links to other sites. By clicking on an advertisement or link, you may be directed to third-party sites or services. These third-parties may collect information from and about you, including Personal Information. These third-parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and Buzztime is not responsible for their privacy practices, the content of their sites, or their products or services. These third parties may have their own privacy policies or statements and we encourage you to learn their practices before providing information.

We may also use third parties, including ValueClick, to provide advertisements, or to monitor certain parts of the Services for the purpose of reporting website traffic, statistics, advertisement click-throughs, or other activities. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous information about your use of the Services. However, no personally identifiable information is collected by or transferred to anyone as the result of this advertising or monitoring, except for information you may provide to advertisers. We have security measures in place designed to protect your Personal Information under our control. We have taken the reasonable steps to securely store personal information that is submitted to Buzztime electronically. Please be aware that, despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of the Personal Information you provide to Buzztime.

HOW TO ACCESS AND UPDATE YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
If you have submitted Personal Information to us electronically, and would like to correct or update that information or to request that information be deleted from our records, please visit our player site at www.buzztime.com/players. We will use reasonable efforts to correct or delete the information from our existing files.

If you no longer wish to receive future communications from Buzztime, you will have the opportunity to opt-out in subsequent promotional communications or by visiting our player site at www.buzztime.com/players.
